Ananda's Luxury Home STays
Meet Our Property Managers

Lori Long-Colburn
I’m an interior designer at heart and have spent the past 30 years creating spaces that feel cozy, lived-in, and full of soul. I also owned a catering business for years, so making people feel welcome has always been part of who I am.
My mom used to say I’d end up running a bed and breakfast—and she was pretty close. I opened my first Airbnb in 2018 and never looked back. Over time, I’ve also had the joy of helping others design, furnish, and manage their Airbnbs.
Now I get to welcome guests from all over the world to St. Augustine, which is something I truly love. My hope is that your stay feels easy, beautiful, and just a little bit special.

Erin Terrell Thompson

Inspired by the outdoors and farm life, she has a passion for transforming spaces into warm, beautiful experiences that feel both elegant and welcoming. From thoughtfully designed interiors and landscapes to caring for animals and creating memorable stays, her work reflects a deep appreciation for beauty, comfort, connection, and community.

Lindsay Nason
Lindsay has been managing residential and short-term rental properties since 2018, with experience across Marin County, the Denver area, and Colorado mountain communities.
Lindsay specializes in long-term residential and short-term rental properties, including luxury spaces. She genuinely cares about the people and properties she manages, creating experiences where guests and tenants feel at home.
She grew up in the Sierra Nevada mountains and has remained connected to the outdoors. She loves to ski, hike, camp and mountain bike and is always up for a new adventure.

Visionary of Ananda Homestays
Creativity has been the sacred healing thread woven through Cathy Nason’s life.
As a child, when the world around her felt chaotic, she would retreat to her small bedroom and transform it into beauty — pushing furniture across the floor, clearing away what no longer belonged, caring tenderly for her many plant companions, and creating a sanctuary filled with peace. Even then, she understood that spaces carry energy, and that beauty can soften the soul.
From the moment she was strong enough to move her own bed, Cathy became a creator of harmony. What began as instinct became purpose.
In college, she chose Interior Design simply because she loved it, never realizing it would become her life’s calling: creating spaces that help people breathe deeper, feel safer, reconnect with themselves, and remember beauty again.
At 60 years old, after the passing of her beloved husband, Cathy inherited his mountain bike. Now, with every ride, she carries his spirit beside her. Together, they still move through the world — through wind, trees, silence, memory, and love.
Ananda was born from this spirit.
More than a homestay, Ananda is an offering of peace, beauty, comfort, and soul. Every space is touched with intention, creativity, and love. And alongside it all is Ananda — Cathy’s blissful, wise, and mischievous doggie companion — here to remind guests not only to rest, but to play, laugh, wander, and feel alive again.
If you visit one of Ananda’s Homestays, may you feel the deep peace that already lives within you. May you slow down enough to hear your own heart again. And may you leave carrying a little more beauty, softness, and love into the world.
In Love, Cathy
